Health Partners is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering quality healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured of Charles County by leveraging the skills and resources of the community.

Health Partners was founded in 1992 by Sisters Michaeleen and Gladys Marie of the Sisters of Holy Cross. The clinic moved into the Old Waldorf School in 1996.   The clinic operates as an independent non-profit organization, with a volunteer Board of Directors.
