We are a charitable clinic dedicated to helping families within our community; serving Charles County and the surrounding area. Health Partners was founded in 1992 by Sisters Michaeleen and Gladys Marie of the Sisters of Holy Cross. In 1996, the clinic moved into the Old Waldorf School. We are an independent Non-Profit Organization with a volunteer Board of Directors.
Our medical and dental staff are dedicated to ensuring the delivery of quality care. Our providers are well-trained and our staff is always welcoming and willing to help however we can.
Exciting Opportunities
Health Partners continues to grow! In the summer of 2019, we opened our third location to offer dental services in Lexington Park, Maryland. Current Health Partners patients are welcome at any location, and new patients may call 301-645-3556 to schedule appointments at any of our three locations.
HealthPartners mission is to help you and your obtain proper health and dental care. Whether we can see you in one of our three locations, or we refer you to someone who can assist you, we are always willing to help.
